The Walls Without Foundation

Torments, Trials, and Tribulations are walls without foundation. With unceasing worship, strategic actions and effective prayers, the walls will fall flat.

Anchor Scripture: {Joshua 6:20}
"So the people shouted when the priests blew the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city."

From the above anchor scripture, we take to cognizance that walls (hindrances) can be subdued or eliminated by obeying God's instruction no matter how "ridiculous" it may seem to be. Imagine if the Israelites didn't adhere to God's instruction by shouting in worship and matching round the wall, the foundation-less wall wouldn't have fallen flat.

Inquire what God wants you to do and not what man wants you to do. It is the only means of arriving at the landing spot God has secured for you.

Subscribe to unwavering faith, rather than impaling fear. Abide in love not hate. Choose discipline over indiscipline. Live in obedience and never in disobedience. Only then will it become eminent that the walls of stagnation, financial disruption, career dwindling, family uproar, unhealthy relationship, academic failures, and other malevolent walls in your life do not have foundation.

Have a Great day and a Swell weekend ahead!

The Month Of March : Its Numerical Significance

*I used to be a slayer. Lowkey, I still am *It's an archive selfie of me taken in year 2014

I am a huge fan of numbers and numerical significance. I have special numbers that govern my life. Even God is 'crazy' about numbers. His creation story were tied to numbers.

I'll write about Numerical Significance in the nearest future. It's an in-depth topic because of it's revelational and mind blowing composition.

Well, today I'm going to deliberate solely on the number ''3'' using myself as a case study. Yes, me.*side eyes. lol
The number ''3'' signifies The Signature of God. And interestingly, we are about ending the third month of the year graciously.

Errm... In truth, my many plans for the month didn't come out as intended. Man proposes, God disposes to expose...*I added the "To expose''.

In this third month of the year, I've seen the signature of God (stamped and sealed) in my life. God divinely orchestrated one of my heart desires to come to light. Overtime, I've realized that to emerge successful and victorious, you must use the stairs! You must go through the process, especially at the beginner phase. Shortcut, kills.
My mum used to term foundation-less successes as ''copy and paste''. She unceasingly emphasized on the dangers it accrued. I grew up with the consciousness of deliberately getting the right thing done using the right medium.

Seeds grow into plants before they become fruit bearing. They pass through their process. Anything that is healthy grows! The kind of seed you sow into the ground (foundation) matters. Good seeds produce healthy and wealthy harvest, Bad seeds produce decay and poor harvest. Don't be desperate to plant just any type of seed. The story of Cain and Abel is an eye opener.

Note that all activities revolves around numbers and the system of the world operates by numbers. e.g; Calendar, Weather Forecast, e.t.c

Here are some examples of the significance of the number ''3'';

- The Trinity: Father, Son and Spirit

- The Resurrection: Jesus arose on the third day

- The Holy Family: Jesus, Mary and Joseph

- The Human Composition: Body, Soul and Spirit

When we have the signature of God crested on us, we begin to manifest His purpose for our lives. It's not too late to legitimately obtain the signature of God and watch God in action perfect all that concerns us.

#It's safe to say that I'm gradually piling my "Tell It All Thanksgiving List" while I'm faithfully rooting for the right buttons to click just like my greatest grandpa, Abraham. *smiles

Happy Month End in advance! Make the best out of today and tomorrow! *Note to self as well

The Word Or The Food?

Your remember the face-off between Jesus and the devil (in Mathew 4:1-3) where the devil tried to tempt Jesus by telling Him to turn stone into bread? Well, continue reading to glimpse a natural account that appropriates The word and The Food accordingly.

Anchor Scripture: Luke 10:38-42
"As they continued their travel, Jesus entered a village. A woman by the name of Martha welcomed him and made him feel quite at home. She had a sister, Mary, who sat before the Master, hanging on every word he said. But Martha was pulled away by all she had to do in the kitchen. Later, she stepped in, interrupting them. "Master, don't you care that my sister has abandoned the kitchen to me? Tell her to lend me a hand."
"The master said, "Martha, dear Martha, you're fussing far too much and getting yourself worked up for nothing. One thing only is essential and Mary has chosen it - it's the main course, and won't be taken from her."

Note that Jesus didn't rebuke food, He only emphasized that the word should be served first before the food. No wonder He gave Peter a three-fold command to 'Feed His Sheep' - John 21:15-17

Good food is serious temptation, especially when one decides to tread the line of fasting just like Jesus. Ever wondered why people (including children) steal a piece of meat from the cooking pot? *lol

If we reflect on the life of Jesus, we'll realize He was a food lover.

- It was at a banquet He attended that prompted Him to perform his first miracle by turning water into wine. -John 2:1-12

- He multiplied the 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish to feed the multitude. -Mathew 14:13-21

- At the last supper, He gave bread and wine to his disciples to eat and drink, in turn representing His flesh and blood. -Luke 22:17-19

Jesus' love for food didn't deter him from prioritizing the better part; The Word

Was Martha wrong for trying to prepare a meal for their special guest (Jesus) who was obviously famished after a long trip? No! As a matter of fact, it was in the tradition of the Jews to treat guests (especially travelers) to good meal and a comfortable place to rest their head.  Note that Jesus didn't stop her from entering the kitchen to fix things up until she (Martha) went ballistic on Mary.

Don't be so engrossed in food that you forget to give preference to The Word.

Remember that food can go soar and be taken away from you, but the word cannot be taken from you, neither does it have an expiry date.

He Caught Nothing

It'll interest you to know that God is in the habit of trading nothingness to realize bountifulness. The creation story of Genesis Chapter 1 is one to meditate upon.

In the case of Peter who was a fisherman (Luke Chapter 5), he toiled from morning to night and caught nothing until Jesus stepped in with a divine instruction that entailed that Peter cast his hook one last time into the river. Only then did Peter encounter Jesus' extravagant blessing which prompted him to become one of the followers of Jesus.

Also, in the case of Daniel who prayed and fasted for three months because of the berating state of Jerusalem, God stepped into his situation by sending an angel his way to give him a confirmatory report that his prayers has been answered. Shockingly, the angel told Daniel in confidence that the angel of Persia (devil) delayed (obstructed) him for three weeks until his arrival, crediting (Warrior) Angel Micheal for intervening *See Daniel Chapter 10 for the full account.

Nothingness/Emptiness, Delay, and Stagnation is the handwork of the devil. Do not be discouraged by his antics, rather be persistent in prayer like Daniel, Obey God's instruction like Peter and work strategically hard like Paul while trusting God to visit you and crown your many toils with extravagant returns.

Have a Productive day guys!

No One Serves God At A Loss?

I've heard Spiritual Directors reiterate the above epigram..."No one serves God at a loss." From all I've deduced, it should be rephrased as, "Overall! No one serves God at a loss."

Anchor Scripture: {2Timothy 3:12}
"Indeed, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted."

Serving God is not for the feeble minded. This is why a consistent renewal of the mind is required for the grandiose race ahead.

While thriving to thread in the path of Christ Jesus, there'll be serial rejections, blasphemy, hate, segregation, and all shades of negativity. And just like Apostle Paul, you'll work your fingers to the bone, up half the night moonlighting so that you don't become a burden to others. But after the storm, a pricey reward invigorating God's glory will be accrued.

Uninterestingly, no one explicitly detail the gravity of ''losses'' that tags along with working with/for Christ.  No wonder Jesus wept for the cross to pass over Him, no wonder Elijah was suicidal, no wonder Moses broke the tablet containing the Ten Commandments and struck the rock twice out of frustration, no wonder Jonah fled until he was apprehended, no wonder Saul hid in garbage until he was made king of Israel.

Also note that the journey is not for the swift, nor the battle for the strong, nor by natural abilities, because whatever is strengthened can be weakened.

Have you resolved to working for/with god? Painstakingly ignore the distracting messes in between as you fix your tender eyes on the trophy, violently reaching out to grasp it.

Remain consistent, Work strategically, Pray to God to connect you with the right association. Only then will working for God be richly rewarded, hence making you forget all the temporal losses.

Have a Great day Fam!

A Builder Is More Valuable Than The Building

As little as a builder seems to appear while standing next to a high rise building, he still remains the most important personality.

In a situation where a building collapses, only the builder has the ability to reconstruct it. The sole responsibilities of rehabilitating a dilapidated building rests on the builder as well. With a designated architectural plan, identical buildings can be recreated.

Anchor Scripture: {Hebrew 3:3}
"A builder is more valuable than the building."

Are you loaded with iconic potentials but yet to be identified by your destiny helper? Don't give up! You're a builder. You're not just a number in the census, You're an important personality.

Ever wandered how a diligent hard-worker who once lost everything he laboured for bounces back to his feet and does greater exploits?

Accrue yourself with the position of a builder and erect empires that'll work in your favour.

Are You Investing In The Devil?

God says, I've created man in my image and likeness, but the devil manipulatively interjects, saying, If you eat this fruit, you'll be like God.

God says, I'll send down rain to water your seed, but the devil aggressively counters, saying, Not before my eyes! I'll send plagues to your seed.

God says, I'll give you double for your trouble, but the devil rebukes it, saying, Never! I'll devour you like a roaring lion.

Anchor Scripture: {1Peter 5:8-10}
"Be sober, be vigilant; because the devil your adversary walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. But may God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered for a while, perfect establish, and settle you.

Mitchelle was an industrious young lady who quit her paid job to pursue the vision God placed in her heart. As she worked tirelessly to kick-start her divine mission, she deemed it wise investing in a side business that'll yield her some returns to sustain her through the period of  her ''gainful toils''.
She made an apt decision of investing in Uber (a popular 21st century transportation company). unknown to her, instead of partnering with Uber, she invested in the devil.
An elderly friend of hers helped her sort for a Nigerian used vehicle because of limited funds to purchase a Belgium car which was the intended plan (she wished to start from her level). The Nigeria used car being purchased was quite pricey. Having done some spray jobs to cover the minor dents, the Vehicle inspection and Uber registration commenced in earnest.
From the moment the car was put into use, it gave trouble upon troubles; pilling up losses but never yielding tangible profits. Mitchelle changed three Uber drivers within the space of three months (including the messy dramas in between) and invested so much money trying to fix the supposed car because she eventually discovered that it was once an accidented car.
Each week came with new repairs, wiping away Mitchelle's savings. This young lady soon realized she had been investing in the devil! She soon made up her mind to sell off the vehicle. It hurt her greatly, but the assurance that all things will work together for her good eventually through Christ Jesus, kept her going.  She's aware that her many investments may not be realized after the sale of the vehicle, but she's confident she'll do exploits in her divine mission, and in the business idea God placed in her heart.

Over the years, I deduced that God patiently waits for us to quit investing in the devil so that He can step in and heal our troubled hearts, hence giving us course to laugh heartily once more.

Know when to yell a big NO to the devil and his antics.

It is  never going to be easy letting go of a pricey possession/investment in anticipation that things may get better eventually. Be sensitive enough to obey the inner spirit!

At the inception, Mitchell had a persistent nudge to discontinue with the purchase of the vehicle, but the agent (whom the devil manipulated) kept persuading her to oblige; insisting it was a great deal. If only she stood her ground, reverse would have been the case.

The devil comes to steal, kill and to destroy. It is true that in every new level, there's a new level. But in all, learn from the lessons taught by devil which was permitted by God.

More so, wave every sentiment and pray fervently over any business deal or trade you hope to invest in, because some deals may be demonic investments. Be vigilant! Be strategic! Watch! and Pray!

#Work diligently, trust God to replace whatever the canker worm has eaten from you, and watch Him multiply your gainful investments.

Have a Rewarding week Fam!

The 3Ps

Prophesies are utterances from Prophets inspired by God. These divine utterances are manifested at the appointed time. No matter how long it takes, it still comes to pass. From my study, I deduced that prophesies include prayers and paradigm. Prophesies, Prayers, and Paradigm are intertwined. For the purpose of easy assimilation, I'll term them The 3Ps.

- Prophesy constitute gainful forecast or factual prediction. e.g (Isaiah 32:4-5) "No more will fools be made celebrities, nor crooks be rewarded with fame. For fools are fools and that's that."

- Prayer constitute defense mechanisms imbibed to sustain prophesies and ward off demonic antics. e.g (Isaiah 38:2)- "Hezekiah turned away from Isaiah and, facing the wall, prayed to God." (Isaiah 49:8)- "God said, when it time is ripe, I'll answer you, when victory is due, I will help you.''

- Paradigm constitute admonitions, or standard for living when a prophetic word has been uttered. e.g (Isaiah 30:8-9) ''So, go now and write all this down. Put it in a book, so that the record will be there  to instruct the coming generation.''

All the devil tries to do is oppose the modus operandi laid down by God to give men direction.

In the place of Prophesy, the devil retrospects, manipulates and terminates future ploys.

In the place of Prayers, the devil attacks and disengages.

In the place of Paradigm, the devil introduces lawlessness.

After the reign of the prophets in the old testament, God opened the office of Prophets to every human made in his image and likeness.-(Ephesians 4). He made humans speaking beings; a little bit lesser than Him.

At that, the authority to speak life or death into our situation has been vested in every individual.

Just like Jesus in Mark 4:32, be forthright, confident and authoritative about your prophesies and watch your profiting appear to many at the appointed time.

Have a Fab day.

An Ode To My Dear Mum!

I spent her last days with her, it's somewhat relatable why I'm always in my feelings each time the thoughts of never going to see my mum again creeps in.

I hope you like the Ode I composed for her...

It goes thus;

She used to be my gainful stalker
Cute mum, sleek mum, extraordinaire overtaker
Oh death! How dare you forsake her?
Now she's gone to rest with the maker

Ye devil you're happy now?
Ye storm you're settled now?
Yet torments you disembodied now?
Wish the hand of time could roll back right now

But hey! Life transcends in stages
Tantamount to queen and sages
Swiping through the pages
Only the memories can be locked up in cages

Aye! I know she secured in my heart
Leveling every crooked path
Eliminating every evil dart
Acknowledging my profitable thrives with several pats

I miss you Mum. I love you Mum. I got you Mum, even in death Mum

#Kisses from the other side.

Yours Truly,

Nobody is permitted to make you feel insecure without your permission.

Anchor Scripture: {James 3:16}
"For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there."

Insecurity is tantamount to envy and other evil exhibition.

In my teenage years, I battled with the most obscene type of insecurity. Whatever negative remark people made about me threw me into my shell.

Affiliating with the rich kids was an impossible thing for me, I thought I was less of a human being than they were. Their vacation tales intensified the squash.

I remember one Adeyojun boy telling me I had fat legs. His unruly words made me feel bad about my legs until I gained admission into university and many endorsed my legs commending it as; full, smooth, straight and beautiful. They even told me they wished they had my pair of legs. It made me feel good about my legs!

Also, during my secondary school days as a boarding student, a female roommate occasionally made jest of my boobs, she said they were small and that my future husband would have a bad time accepting me (most girls/women pass through this awful phase). It made me feel bad about my body, until later in my university days when a female friend who saw me undressing said I had beautiful perky firm boobs. She said hers caused her so much back pain and discomfort and wouldn't mind trading hers for mine. Funny right?
Ironically, the guys were always on my case. My female roommate in boarding school lied. Every positivity I was surrounded with boosted my self esteem.

Likewise, most fat people deal with acute insecurity. Petite and broke guys are not excluded from the equation.

As I began to mature and larch in the word of God, I began to feel great about my body and general composition. Knowing I was the reflection of God's image and receiving several commendation that I was beautiful made me regret my insecure days as a teenager.

"Comparison breeds insecurity issues that were never issues in the first place."- Ellahillz

Only people dealing with complex or insecurity issues undergo plastic surgeries to looking nothing like God but everything like another person.

It is low self esteem to envy others!

Not everyone will like you, but those who will, will do that like their life depends on it. Quit the battle, everyone can't like you. And if they do, then there is a serious problem on ground that shouldn't be neglected.

When you realize every individual is unique in their differences and made in the image and likeness of God, you'll become unapologetically comfortable in your skin, hence focusing on your strength and ignoring your weakness.

Remember Moses was a stutterer and Paul had a thorn in his flesh. Their imperfect-perfect-flaws worked in their favour and distinguished them. Imagine if they wallowed in discontent, envy and gross comparison, history wouldn't have been fair to them.

Eliminate every shade of insecure trait and find solace in the arms of God who promises to give eternal security.

Insecurity kills all that is beautiful.

Don't Run Errands Connected With Your Old Life

It's been proven that most people who run errands connected with their old lives end up obliging to the old lifestyle they resolved never to indulge in.

Anchor Scripture: {Romans 6:13}

"Don't even run little errands that are connected with that old way of life. Throw yourself wholeheartedly and full time - remember, you've been raised from the dead!- into God's way of doing things."

From the above anchor scripture, we understand that running a little errand connected with your old life makes you vulnerable to the devil. The devil isn't looking for a large opening to execute his ploy, he is looking for the tiniest loophole to take advantage of. Be careful!

A certain young lady who opted out of prostitution a.k.a runs and gave her life to Christ while she waited on Mr Perfect to tag along in anticipation of a befitting end. This lady was doing progressively well but failed to do away with her old friends who still continued in the prostituting business. She continued to house them each time each time they were in town.

Soon, greed began to set in. She became envious of the huge sum of money her friends realized each time they set out for ''The Easy Virtue Life''. She was surrounded with bad air and negative vibes who polluted her new godly ways, gradually, she began to deviate until she fully returned to her old ways and is not sorry for actions.

Which ill habit did you resolve not to engage in at the beginning of the year but failed woefully trying to keep up with? Which illegal business did you resolve to quit but you're still addicted to staying because of the juicy returns? Which relationship did you do away with only to be back at it because of the fear of remaining single?
It's time to wave an eternal goodbye and allow God rule, because, the devil unrelentingly attacks every commitment made with God. Don't be a victim.

Have a Fab day Guys!

Finish It!

God is not interested in starters, but in finishers. Just like the creation story in Genesis Chapter One, He completed every work He started under six days and rested on the seventh day.

Which project did you start but yet to conclude? Go back to your work station and tastefully execute them; only the will you reflect God's image as a "finisher".

Anchor Scripture: {Genesis 6:14-16&22}
"Noah did everything God commanded him to do."
Build a ship from teakwood. Make rooms in it. Coat it with pitch inside and out. Make it 450 feet long, seventy-five feet wide, and forty-five feet high. Build a roof for it and put it in a window eighteen inches from the top; put in a door on the side of the ship; and make three decks, lower, middle, and upper.
"Noah did everything God commanded him to do."

From the above anchor scripture, we take to cognizance that Noah finished the construction of the gigantic ship he started. It was only when he finished that God's plans became eminent.

Note that Noah was involved in capacity building. The boat he constructed measured 450 feet long, seventy-five feet wide, and forty-five feet high.
It wasn't recorded how long it took Noah to complete the grandiose task, but it was recorded that he finished the work perfectly.

Also in the case of King Solomon, similar execution of task was noted. The magnificent temple he built lasted for  46 years before it was beautifully finished.

Abraham started and finished every tent he built for God.

Apostle Paul started and finished every book/letter. Imagine if he lazied over it? The revelational New Testament of the Bible which we enjoy today wouldn't have been birthed.

Which project did you start with? Does it include a house? A book? A business? The implementation of a divine idea? A foundation? A ministry?... Go back and input all you can to give it a touché finish.

Have a Swell day Fam!

Rejoice, Oh Barren!

No Pity Party Affair Woman, Rejoice!

It's okay to weep and feel bitter over your situation, even "Almighty" Jesus weeped in the face of adversity, how much more you. But Hey! I have good news for you!

Anchor Scripture {Galatians 4:27}
"Rejoice, barren woman who bears no children, shout out and cry out, woman who has no birth pang, Because the children of the barren woman now surpass the children of the chosen woman."

'' Aqar'' is the Hebrew word for Barren. It means showing no result of achievement, unproductive, sterile, waste, or desolate.

Mrs Sarah Abraham is a model for all barren cases. God turned her dead womb into a living womb.

Interestingly, there was no record of Sarah tampering her womb in her younger years, neither was it recorded that Abraham suffered from low sperm count during his youthful years.

If you are an expectant mother and you've never tampered with your womb by either indulging in an abortion or the use of harmful pills, it's about that time to continually get down on your knees in prayers and challenge God.

If it's been medically certified that you and your spouse are compatible for baby making with no history of  any ailment whatsoever, go ahead and challenge God! He promised you an inheritance!

...And if you do not fall among the above above mentioned categories, but still believing God for the fruit of the womb, don't waver in the faith! God is in the habit of converting the impossible into the possible.

*errrm...Adoption isn't a discriminable act to indulge in. Bitter as it seems, not every woman is destined to become a biological mum. I've seen many cases where expectant couples yield to adoption, hence creating a perfect happy family.

More so, many people limit being barren to the inability of child bearing. Being barren cuts across that. If you are unproductive in any sphere of your life, you're barren! Only God has the ability to "disbarren" you.

Larch unto His scriptural promises and experience productivity in every area of your life.

Rejoice Oh Barren! Says the word of God.... You're not permitted to be downcast, withdrawn or gloomy.

Have a Fertile day Fam!

Say What? Tests And Challenges Are Sheer Gifts From God?

Just like prosperity and riches are sheer gifts from God, tests and challenges are too.

Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colour. So don't try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well developed, not deficient in any way. - James1:2-4

Don't be discouraged when it feels like you're in a dead-end situation and there's no good Samaritan there to redeem you. keep fixing that tender eyes of yours unto Jesus, trusting him to deliver you. Truth is, when you come out of that dwindling situation, you'll look nothing like it, but everything like what God has ordained you to become.

Anchor Scripture: {Isaiah 40:31}
"Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."
Searching for strength to keep you going when faced with the trails and throes of the world? Wait on the Lord! He has promised us in (John 14:14), that we should ask for whatever we want in His name and He'll do it.

Also remember that He's in the habit of turning tests into testimonies to glorify His name, just like he turned water into wine.

Does it seem like He is sleeping in the ship of your life just like He was sleeping in the boat where his disciples struggled to calm the storm? Call on Him, Wait on him, and He'll answer.

''Be still and know that I am your God''- Psalm 46:10

Worrying inflicts more trouble. Trust He alone the multi-ability of doing exceedingly, abundantly, and above all we could ever ask nor imagine.

One yes from Him will wipe away every protracted mourning in your life, hence, turning them into mornings. Weeping may endure through the night, but Joy comes in the morning.

Tests and challenges are there to test and certify us worthy of handling victory and leadership positions in high places.

Be like Jesus who endured in suffering, was crucified to die, yet he arose victoriously on the third day, looking nothing like what He passed through.

Today, may God give us strength to hold unwaveringly until His divine will is dutifully effected in our lives, Amen.

Have a Great day and a Productive week ahead. *Muah

Not All Sin Is Fatal

"Sin is sin but some sins are more fatal than other sins."- E.Hillz

*This post is not a gateway to choosing bitty sins because of its lower consequences. As a matter of fact, intentionally sinning is more perilous. Also, all sin will be punished accordingly by the just judge.

Anchor Scripture: 1John5:17
"Everything we do wrong is sin, but not all sin is fatal." MSG Translation
"All wrongdoing is sin, but there is sin which does not lead to death." GNB

Killing an individual and stealing an individual's pen are both sin but both don't accrue the same punishment.

In a law court, justice is served according to the degree of misconduct, how much more God who is a Just Judge and the Judge of all judges.

Don't go around "prostituting" or "gigloing' and expecting the same punishment accrued to the person that steals a piece of meat from a cooking pot. Also, don't go about telling grievous lies in the name of "yahoo yahoo" and expecting the same punishment with the person that tells a white lie.

"All sin have consequences''
As Christians, we do not have business indulging in sin.

People conceived and brought into life by God don't make a practice of sin-1John3:9

Abiding in the word makes us whole and leads us in the way that makes our path shine ever bright until the perfect day.

As we go about doing good, let's avoid sin and every avenue of sin.

Have a SIN-FREE day guys! *winks

Don't hold On Desperately To A Spouse That Leaves

God hates divorce. This explains why you should court right and marry right. But in a situation when a spouse decides to leave on the basis of gross infidelity, violence, abuse, addiction, indiscipline, and other negative vices, then it is justifiable to leave.

Anchor Scripture 1 Corinthians 7:15

"If the unbelieving spouse walks out, you've got to let him or her go. You don't have to hold on desperately. God has called us to make the best out of it, as peacefully as we can."

It's scriptural to secure your happiness and protect your body from danger.

"Again they tried to arrest Jesus, but He escaped from their hands"- John 10:39
"But Paul's followers took him by night and lowered him in a basket through an opening in the city wall"- Acts 9:25

At a point in your life, you'll learn to do it yourself (self defense) because no one is coming to save you. God has stamped his DNA in every human (because He made us in His image and likeness) and expects us to live up to expectation by making decisions that are beneficial to our lives.

Divorce or breakup is never an easy journey, especially when one party is still willing to cling on and work it out.

"Divorce is synonymous with death"

Divorce introduces death to a marital scheme. It is true that divorce and death have a correlation because they both mean permanent separation. Divorce is the termination of a marital vow or covenant, but Interestingly, it is not the termination of the victim's life.

Any relationship that includes two unequally yoked people is headed for destruction. Light cannot be merged with darkness. One must give way. A spiritually grounded foundation is the bedrock of any lasting home.

More so, if the relationship is not renewed daily by the word (Holy Scripture), it increases the risk of a fatal crash as well.
"Whatever is healthy grows"

Reinstate health/life in your everyday life.

85% divorcees saw the warning signs before they stubbornly agreed to sign the marital contract hoping that change will emanate after marriage.
Don't be fooled. A blissful marital life doesn't operate functionally by ignoring the warning signs.

Marriage is meant to be built on transparency, total submission, love and compatibility. In a situation where the marriage was built on lies and manipulation, I have good news for you, there was never a marriage.

Don't perpetually cling on to a spouse who out rightly  refuses to work it out after several attempts. Receive the gift of goodbye and rediscover yourself. Singleness means wholeness; nothing is wrong with you!

Getting it right when you're whole launches you into a deserving life that can then be shared with another. You can't give what you don't have.

Step up your personal relationship with God and watch him mend your broken heart.

Still wishing to share your life with another? Look unto Jesus, seek (unrelentingly) and you'll find. (Mathew 7:7)

Which Are You? A Servant or A Messenger?

A messenger is one who run errands that are beneficial to others, while A Servant is one who serves others; providing help and proffering solutions to their problems.

Anchor Scripture:{Hebrews 1:7} MSG Translation

"The messengers are winds, The Servants are tongues of fire."

Citing the above anchor scripture, it categorically states that messengers are winds; intangible and without a domain. The life of a messenger is determined by the specification or direction of others. A messenger is used and misused. A messenger is accrued with the "See Finish Syndrome" who is at the beck and call of everyone but himself. Even when he is fatigued, he has no say.
A messenger doesn't have any concrete assurance or insurance. Emergencies that spring up disorganizes his intended plan.

But in the case of a servant, His case is different.

A servant is a "tongue of fire" (blazing train) stationed in a domain to serve people and help those in dire need. He is never a wanderer like the messenger. Servants are richly rewarded by their masters if content with their work. When a servant tends to the needs of people, he is compensated. A servant is always sorted out for. A servant is strategically handpicked because he possesses in depth knowledge of a particular craft. He is a problem solver.

Cases like Joseph who worked as a servant and later thrown into prison, but exonerated himself by solving the problem of the king which entailed interpreting his dream is one to take to cognizance. (Genesis 41)

Also, Elisha on the other hand was a loyal servant to Elijah who served him diligently and rose up to accruing a double portioned anointing/manifestation of his master, Elijah, during his own leadership term. (2Kings Chapter 2)

The respective roles of a messenger and a servant can be termed as peasant roles because it entails being subordinate and selflessly sacrificing to meet the needs of others. But hey! apt service (servant hood) cannot be likened to errand runners (messengers).

It's okay to start as a messenger, but never retain the "messenger status" slot for a long time. Step up your game to acquiring the "servant-hood status" where every reward and benefit is rightfully credited to you in the course of service.
